suddenly asking for password

Currently not able to access the database because asking for a password.  Have never had a password and has never asked me for a password in the past.

Hello hudson,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. You can leave the password field blank if you do not think you have one. If you do not know your username, try combinations of your first and last name (i.e., John Smith, John, jsmith). Usernames are required (you do have one), but passwords are not. Also, usernames are not case sensitive.

Just a point of clarification for our readers:


When there is only one active user in a database, it does not ask for the username.


Once you have two or more active users, it will then ask for the username so ACT! can keep track of who is doing what...
