I have been using Act for a number of years, currently using 2008 (10). I guess I'm interested in guidance as well as an answer to the question.
Currently, I import my contacts and then commence work on them from the contact list, this provides me with a summary of the information thats important for me to determine what I can do with them (just added some columns to the list and removed the fields from the list that are not required.).
My issue is that when ever I open/reopen the contact list I need it to work from the "create date" field list, not the alphabetical on the name. So im forever clicking the column header on "create date" to go to the latest in the list. Is there a way that i can set it up to automatically list by "create date" when i open my contact list?
