I had some issues with smart tasks the other day as they refused to run. Now I have the opposite problem. A smart task that is supposed to run at 09:00 checking if a client has confirmed receipt of an invoice runs at that time but also runs without notice some hours later. This time the task goes haywire and has sent out at least 6 identical notifications within one or two minutes. The only reason I can come up with is that I opened 'Manage smart tasks' at that instance.
All tasks have been set to run only once for each record but that does not stop the task from running repeatedly.
This is extremely annoying as clients get confused and angry.
I am using Act V18 Version 188.8.131.52, Update 6
Is there anyone out there who can help me with this? Smart task functioning is all over the place and I want to have this problem solved.
