single digit scheduling calendar

When I attempt to schedule a future event, the mini calendar which appears has only single digits, above 9 it is all 1's. Act Pro 2013 on Windows 10

Re: single digit scheduling calendar

Hi tiotaco,

This is likely due to Act! 2013 not being compatible with Windows 10.
You can see the complete compatibility listings here: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29767

This could also be caused by an issue with scaling Act! if you're using a high-resolution monitor. Try setting Windows display scaling to 100% and see if this makes any difference.

I was wrong, it doesn't work. Act Pro 2013 works fine on my Surface Pro 3, but all kinds of font problems on new Lenovo X1 Carbon.

Re: single digit scheduling calendar

Hi tiotaco,

There have been changes made to address display scaling issues in later versions of Act!, however you can still try some of the advice listed in the following Knowledgebase article to try and resolve the issues in your version of Act!: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26349
