sharing databases

I have 2 licenses for using ACT and suddenly I can not access the shared database from my second machine.  I keep getting a message that the main computer has a firewall to prevent access but that is not true.  All my other applications can access the main disk.  Help!!!

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. If the error you are receiving is "The database [database name] could not be accessed...:, then please see the possible causes and suggested solutions in KB Article 19640.
