setting the default duration for a follow-up call to 5 minutes

Using Act 2010 Ver 12

 

I have set my prefernce i nthe Toosl menu for call duration to 5 minutes. However, when i want to set a time for a follow-up call from the history screen, the shortest call duaration option that appears on the drop-down is 15 minutes. Any way to change that?
