hi ACT community!
i keep trying to open my ACT and it says 'unable to start the ACT7 SQL Server instance'. does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? i am trying to follow the instruction but not getting anywhere

Hi Jenn,
It sounds like you just need to start the service. Follow these steps:
START > RUN (or Search Programs and Files) > Type services.msc > Find the SQL Server (ACT7) > Right click on it and select START.
This should start it, please post back if it does not.
