I have a question aboue scheduling. How would you schedule an activity or holiday on the calendar for all ACT users to see on top of their calendar?

If this an activity with no specific start/end time and no details, then you can schedule as an Annual Event:
- From the main main, click Schedule/Manage/Events
- Click Add to create a new event, complete the details and save
The event will appear on everyone schedules as a banner across the top of the scheduled day for that event
If this is an activity with a specific start/end time and you would like it to have more details, then you will need to schedule for all users involved.
- Create a new activity
- In the Schedule With box, add the contact records of all users...it will then show up on their calendars
You make make the activity a recurrence if it is monthly, annual, etc.; you can also check the "Use Banner" box when creating the activity if you want a banner for the activity to appear at top of the day it is scheduled for on their calendar view
