scheduling ACT! meetings from an Outlook email

I like the feature of creating an ACT! Meeting activity, from an email while in the Outlook Inbox. I noticed the body text of the email appears as Details in the Meeting activity. When I generate reports of Meetings it makes the report very long especially if there were many Replies, back and forth, in the email. Is there a way to turn off this feature? (Version 11)

Unfortunately, there isn't a preference to turn this off.
