Using ACT! for Financial Professionals V 11.1.0183
Have 4 users
We are having an issue with scheduling activities for each other. When we hit the "schedule for" button on an activity we get a pop up:
X item has already been added. key in dictionary: '*****' Key being added: '*****'
"*****' is one of our users name
pressing ok from there goes to the schedule for pop up but we are unable to schedule any activities for anyone else in our group. Everyone has shared their calendar.

This issue will actually occur when 2 or more users have the same Contact Name, not just when they are blank as the KB suggests.
