After installing Act Pro 2011 on a new computer I did a "restore as", but Act is asking for my license number. when i enter it Act claims the license is invalid. it is the number i got with the program download....? any ideas?

Can you provide the exact error message?
If you can provide me with the serial number through a Private Note (click on my community name > select 'Send this user a private message' (far right column), I will double check/reset registration limits and determine product to which it applies.
