reinstall act 2013 on new computer

I have been happily running Act 2013 for many years.  It does everything I need it to.  I backed up my database in the cloud so when my computer crashed I figured it would be easy to just reinstall it and keep going.  Unfortunately it is not that easy.

I was able to download it and restore the database, but I don't seem to be able to register the software.  Does anyone know how I can get this software registered again without buying it again?

Unfortunately, the old registration servers are no-longer available.
Only version 18.2 and later can be registered on new machines.

Unfortunately, you can't. I believe that v18 is the last version that supports the new activation system.
