I have ACT 2012 pro on my desktop running Windows XP. Have had ACT since 2011 and use it daily. Today it's asking me to re-register but when I enter my serial # I get an error message "unable to register" when I try phone register the install code is greyed out, I called and had customer servivce "re-fresh" but this still didn't help. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated..
