re-install sadness

re-install sadness

Bought a new compuer... Using ACT Pro 2011 version 13.0.401.0. It is not accepting the restore and saying that "it cannot authenticate the user. Verify the user name and password and try again"

Thoughts on how to resolve this?

Do you know your user/pass?

The user name is usually your: Firstname Lastname
If you never used a password before, it might be blank
