ACT! by Sage 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.3.182
I am working with the folks at Companionlink for Google (an ACT to Google sync tool), and we have come accross an obstacle when attempting to sychronize. My contacts are syncing fine with Google, but my calendar is not syncing at all. Companionlink customer support says they are " getting an error accessing ACT because of some kind of logging enabled in ACT." They asked me to get in touch with Sage support and ask them " to disable any kind of logging that may be enabled."
I am clueless at this point. Does anyone know what is going on here? I have searched the knowledgebase and forums and have come up empty. Maybe I am searching for the wrong keywords.
