"The Variable name already exists"???

Please advise...when i try and write a template that i created, its tells me that "The variable name already exists"...what does this mean and how do I fix it?

Version of ACT!?

Word Template?

At what point does the error occur?

Can you open the demo database and see if this happens with the standard template?
