I have ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 18.104.22.1687. I have WINDOWS 7 (64 bit) - on a i7 PC with a terabyte hard drive and 6 gig ram with Microsoft Office 2003 Professional.
Here is my dilemma:
Whenever I go to the dashboard and try to copy (On mouse, left click, then copy) a name, an e-mail address, a phone number, etc. the "Secondary Contacts" box pops up and prevents me from copying the data. This "Secondary Contacts" makes it impossible to copy the name, e-mail address, phone, address or whatever data I need.
How do I permanently prevent this "Secondary Contacts" from popping up? I never use "Secondary Contacts" and will be glad to be rid of it - it is annoying. Can I remove this "Secondary Contacts" feature?

Which Dashboard Layout?
Not sure if it's related, but only ACT! 2010 is fully supported on Windows 7
At very least, I'd update to 11.1 + Hotfix 4

To help isolate the issue, test this in a different Dashboard.
As Mike asked, if it is specific to a dashboard, which dashboard is it?
Also test this by opening the Act! Demo database and see if the same behavior occurs.
