In the contact view, on the Relationships Tab there's a "Relate Contact" button. It used to work, but now locks my ACT! I have to use the task manager to kill it and restart.

That was a silly error, the window was off the screen. I just hit Alt<Space>M and then used the arrows to bring it into view.
