I have been getting this error message once every morning, locking up the program, requiring task manager to terminate the program and start again.
Does anyone know which type of memory this error message is referring to? Is it RAM or disk space or some other memory?
(Running Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 6 with Win 7-64 on I7 with 16 gb ram and 240gb SSD with 140gb free).

Is there any particular action that you notice may be causing it? This error can occur if you have any incompatible add-ons installed that may have worked with a previous version of Act!. It can also be caused by corrupted preferences.
You can test disabling addins by following the steps in the following knowledgebase article:http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27128

Elise, thank you for your response. The error occurs randomly one time in the morning. After I restart Act, I am good for the rest the day. I tried your links but get the following error message:

I removed my preferences and also disabled all add-ons to no avail. I still get this lockup once early in the day.
No one has been able to answer the question "what type of storage is this message referring to"? If I knew the type of storage, perhaps I could increase it?

It's possible that it's not even referring to physical storage on your machine. It could be referring to the database tables. Outside of the preferences, another thing that can cause this when launching Act! is if you have Act! Link for Peachtree installed and its installation is damaged. Do you happen to use Act! link for Peachtree with your database?

I believe I have found the culprit. I had scheduled an automatic backup to my database once per day. If I delete that schedule, I no longer receive the error message.
I did notice that with that one event scheduled, two instances of Act scheduler.exe would be listed in task manager. Is having this process listed twice normal when using the schedule tool?
