"Message store is full" error when e-mail merging

Running ACT 11 (2009) on 3 PCs (Win XP2) pointed to SBS 2003 server. When doing an e-mail merge direct from ACT (no add-ons) to about 150 contacts, it can do the merge OK; however when doing same e-mail merge with same template from the other 2 workstations, error The message store has reached its maximum size...select some items and delete them. Please advise; many thanks.

Are the workstations using Internet Email?  Verify ActEmailMessageStore is not close to 4 GB.  If it is, try clearing your delete folder or deleting unwanted emails.

 

To verify size of ActEmailMessageStore:

1.  Go to Start and select Run.

2.  Type in actdiag and click Ok.

3.  Click Database > Database List.

Better than storing all the emails in a merge in your mail store, you might have a look at either MergeMaster! or SwiftPage to do the merges
