We are trying to use ACT to manage about 600 records of individuals (all affiliated with a company record). The company has a membership that conveys to the individual.
Is there a way that we can place an event or something on a company record that would then appear on all of the records of the individual contacts that are associated with it? Subsequently I would like to be able to set reminders or at least search for these "events" (the expiration of the memberships).

I would create a COMPANY field of "Membership Expiry" and then link that to a CONTACT field of "Membership Expiry"
Then when the Company field is updated, you can update linked fields, the contacts will have the updated Membership date.
