"Latest Activities" in Premium 2013



In the business card view of a contact there is a section called "Latest Activities" with various fields. I undertsand that these fields are populated and cannot be edited directly, however, the latest information(latest e-mails, latest phone calls, etc.) are not showing.


I appreciate any help!

Hello Lod,
Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. These are system fields that are triggered by particular activity results:
Last Email: When an Email is sent to the contact
Last Attempt: When a call is cleared with result "Call Attempted" or "Call Left Message"
Last Reach: When a Call is cleared with result "Call Completed" or "Call Left Message"
Last Meeting: When a Meeting is cleared with result "Meeting Completed"
Letter Date: When a letter or mail merge is recorded in the contact's history
