I have ACT! by Sage 2007 (9.0) Version 22.214.171.124, Hotfix 1. I recently had to reinstall after a power supply problem. Now everytime I attempt to open my database I get the following error: Interface not registered (Exception from HRESULT:0x80040155). I find only one thread on this forum that deals with this, but it doesn't pertain to my situation in that I am not using MS Office. Does anyone have experience dealing with this problem. Tech support had me uninstall ACT!, MS SQL, .NET 2.0 & 3.0 nothing has worked so far. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance.

Do you get the error opening any database? Are you able to create a new database?
