"Database needs updating"

"Database needs updating"

Hi there,

 

Wondering if someone could help us. We have updated the software on all our users. All are working fine, apart from 1.

The following message pops up:

"The database you are connecting to needs to be updated. Please contact your administrator."

 

Would love to know if it's any easy fix and what we'd need to do.

Welcome to the ACT! Community!

It sounds like one of your workstations has a higher/more current build of the Sage ACT! software than the others. You can verify this by checking the Help > About ACT! option (within Sage ACT!).
