"Cannot Access ... DependentDLLs.xml"

Resolution of the dependency failed, type = "Act.UJ.ActApplica tion",

name= "",Exception message is:: The current build operation (build ke

Build Key[Act.UJ.ActApplication, null)) fai led: The process cannot

access the file 'C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ACT Data\DependentDIIs.xml' because it is being used by another process.

(Strategy type BuildPianStrategy, index 3)

Windows 7 x64

ACT! 2012 Premium

It turns out that C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ was read only and I couldn't remove the read only attribute.

I had to uninstall ACT! (yet again... I mean this is about the umpteenth time in the years I've owned it) *and* delete the C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ directory (uninstalling wasn't enough).

That seemed to work.
