ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 220.127.116.117 (This is a new version that ACT! Support installed on my machine after I had a problem with Outlook integreation.)
Now this is happening:
Every time we schedule an Activity the "Associate with" box is automatically filling in with the Company name. (All of our contacts are associated with Companies.)
This was not the case before. The "Associate with" box was always blank and then we could enter a Group name, which is what we prefer to do.
We can still enter the Group name, and it fills in after the Company name that is automatically there. We like to sort our Task List by Groups in the Associate With column and now cannot do that.
