The following error message keeps appearing when attempting to sync with a laptop and desktop.
"ACT! is unable to connect to the sync server. Check to be sure "accept incoming sync" is enabled in the main database and that Network sync service is running. Also be sure you are connected to your network. Contact your..."
The "accept incoming sync" is checked.
The same version is on both machines.
The sync had previously been working.

Is Sharing checked on the the host database? Tools | Database Maintenance.
