I'm new to ACT and recently purchased ACT for Real Estate 2011 to stop using Top Producer. I was able to install the software and get it to work after the install, but when I go back now to re-open, I get the message above and ACT wont open, I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and it has the same issue each time.
Any help would be appreciated. OTherwise, I just wasted $239.

I am having the exact same issue, but with ACT! for Financial Professionals. I actually found your post while googling my issue. Are you running windows 7? I was wondering if that could be causing an issue. Like you, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times and gotten the exact same result. It is too bad. It seems to be a fantastic program the one time per installation that it runs, but is worthless otherwise.
