Have a client trying to create a new group in ACT! 2010 SP1 HF 1. He currently has about 50 groups, all entered manually (not imported).
Starting a few days ago, whenever he tries to create a new group or subgroup, he gets this message:
"ACT! failed to save the current group, would you like to reload the group".
Has anyone ever seen this? Searched the forum and the knowledge base, and only found one mention of it several years ago on the forum, and it was a slightly different issue with no resolution listed.

Have you run Check and Repair on the database? or tried creating a Group in the demo?
Is this a shared database and if yes, are other users having the same error?
