I have thousands of contacts and often receive and send emails to contacts within a company that are listed in the secondary contacts. In order to attach an email that I send to a secondary, I have to go to my sent folder and manually attach. If I receive a message from a secondary, I have to manually attach. If I respond to as message from a secondary and then delete the message, the message with the response automatically goes to my non attached folder which I can later attach to the main contact. With hundreds of emails a day, this is very time consuming (and slow because of so many contacts). If there were a way for ACT to recognize secondary contacts that would be terrific. Am I out of luck???
