I don't think this is the right place for this question, but I can't find where to post a problem. For some unknown reason I'm having problems opening Outlook & encounter the following message each time I try to open Outlook.
The Act address book service s not properly configured, or the configures database is locked. Do you want to configure it now?
Can anyone advise how to fix this?

Sure, this usually happens when you change your ACT password. If you choose yes, you will need to enter your ACT username and password. In most cases, this should take care of it. If it does not, temporarily remove ACT-Outlook integration via Tools, preferences, Email within ACT.

I supposed that such problems demand immediately decision. I was absolutely right and the next application would help here. Because of it is very reliable and fast for like troubles in my view - lost the contents of .pst file.
