I have been using Act 11 for about 18 months, with no problems. Now when I try to open Act it asks ms to enter my user name and password to enter the database. this has never happened before. When I enter my user name (don't have a p'word) I get an error message Internal Query Processor Error. The query processor encoutnered an unexpected error during execution. When I click OK, nothing happens.

This error indicates possible corruption in your database. You will need to perform the following maintenance on your database using ACT! Diagnostics:
- Check Database
- Repair Database
- Reindex Database
- Database Rebuild - Rebuild Schema
- Database Rebuild - Rebuild Security

If the maintenance does not resolve the issue, then you will need to either restore a backup of your database or submit it to ACT! Database Services for repair.
