The sync from Outlook isn't working. The history of activities and contacts synced shows 0001-01-01
Could really use some assistance.

Which version of Outlook are you using? I believe that aspect of integration was rewritten in 20.1 and that Outlook 2010 was dropped from the support list.

As you can see I like to wait a long time before replying. Sorry bout that.
I use Office 365 for business. The problem I think, is that I got a new PC and something is not set right. The odd thing, is that contact emails are going to my contact history and not the contacts themselves. Also, when I check the sync history the dates are 0001-01-01.
I have used Act since 2001 and never had one good year without all sorts of issues.
