Using: ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 188.8.131.527 English (United States) Sage Software, Inc.
I have developed a custom shipping document using a template. When this document is printed (using Write, Other Document (from template), I need to record a history with "Items Shipped" being the result. I would like this to happen automatically when the document is printed and I select Record History. At this time the result is Letter Sent, I need "Items Shipped". How/can you make this happen?
