Windows 10 just did a new update a few days ago (today is 2017/06/01) and it has caused ACT! to have this new problem:
phone dialog prompt opens every time ACT starts up.
I have Windows 10 on a desktop computer and ACT 2016 v 18 professional. I bought this version of ACT about 1.5 years ago.
This same problem happened when I first got ACT 2016 v 18 professional, and I believe since I was scared to go into the registry, I had to call ACT support and they finally fixed it. This has happened to others before with over versions of ACT and Windows. Is there an easy solution to this now? Thank you!

Thanks for everyone's help! Interestingly I did nothing at all but keep closing the dialogue box day after day and the problem went away all by itself. How is that possible?
If it comes back I will try the new location thing described here and in the link to the thread mentioned above. Thanks again!
