Recently, when one of my users sends a report via ACT!2008, when view in exchange 2003 OWA, the extension has been stripped off and the file can't be opened. If the user checks their mail via Outlook 2003, the attachment is there with the proper extension.
Has anyone had this issue happen to them and if so, did they get it resolved?
I am using v10 (no updates) of ACT! Premium and my Exchange server is at SP1

You also should update ACT! to 10.02 or 10.03. It is better... unless you can go to 11 :-)

There are a few other things in the MS KB on this. It's nothing to do with ACT!
