outlook2010

I jsut downloaded outlook 2010.  I have set outlook as the default email.  I cannot set up Act to use Outlook as email.  Also I can not set and and sync with the outlook calendar.  I have tried everything.

Are you using ACT! 2011?
Did you install Outlook 2010 as 32-bit (you have to)?

I don't believe you can ... or, if you did, they probably wouldn't be able to talk with each other

Hello dedington,
We would have to create a 64-bit version of the program in order for it to be compatible with 64-bit Office. This is being discussed, but there is no official word as to when we may implement this. ACT! 2009 and higher is supported on a 64-bit operating system, just no integration with 64-bit Office.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
