the sync continually stops working.
I click sync now,
the integration bars pops up and then quickly closes
I have tried opening both as admn.
Tried looking at my sync history but the date picker at bottom in not functional

I suggest as a starting point to run an Office Quick Repair:
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
