ongoing issues -
(1) copy and paste entry in note box does not automatically change to standard font and size (as it did before updating from version 19).
(2) copy and paste entry in note box shows, when highlighted after entry, does not show entry and has a blue surround
(3) act group icon (ie two heads) still not working, ie "ACT has encountered a problem. Shut down program."... but group entries for each contact still shown under "group/company" tab on each record page.... also all other icon connections in left tool bar appear to be working properly.
(1) why am i having these ongoing issues after multiple ticket submissions and now four updates?!
(2) why was the response to my last ticket a recommendation that i call customer service (which i have not found to be helpful in the past)?
(3) more importantly, are my issues correctable by an act! consultant OR do i simply need to wait for the next update?
