one of four computers does not reflect template changes

We currently have four computers on our network running ACT 10.0.  We have modified several of the letter templates to be easier to use for our business.  The problem is one of the four computers does not reflect the changes made to the templates.  The new or modified templates we have created are on three of the four computers.

 

Also, the one computer that does not reflect any of the template changes is unable to use the look up features.  If you try to look up by id status, state, etc there is no response.  It does not freeze or anything.  It just does not react.

 

Not sure if the problems are related.  Any help would be appreciated.

Outside of ACT!, if you browse to the shared folder, do you see the new templates? 

 

Go to Start > Run and type "\\<servername>\<database name>-database files" (without quotes).  Do you see the templates there? 

 

If you do, from within ACT!, go to Write > Other Document (from template).  Type "\\<servername>\<database name>-database files" and press enter.

 

If you are able to see the templates when doing that, then the user was originally looking at the wrong folder.

Is this a shared database or are you syncing using remotes?  Are you sure the end user is accessing the correct database and looking at the same folder as everyone else?

This is a shared database.  The enduser that is having the problem is an administrator.  He is using the correct database.
