my corporate office just upgraded to Office 365 and went from lotus notes to outlook. When I sync outlook, the window pops up and goes away immediately. The history shows nothing for contacts or contact activity.
When I send email, I can send it from the act program and it sends fine but no history is created. The sent message is in the sent folder.
I just noticed that when I run the outlook sync from Act it will run, once and update the contact activity tab but the date is one day off. Outlook is not showing any Act add ins. Is this something I should see?
