notes not showing in networked computers

Hi, we have two computers with Act that are networked  and everything was working fine with the notes, however, for some reason, the notes can now only be seen on one of the computers. CAn you please help us ensure that both computers see all the notes again?

Hello CK,
The first thing I would check for those users is to make sure the filters under the Notes tab are set to show All Dates and All Users.
