We have 5 licences for ACT! 2011 and have been using continuously. got message on start up today that I needed to register! So I called customer service and he had me install disc, uninstall/reinstall. I enetered serial# but when I hit next, it showed serial number but the four space installation code section was blank. Rebooted several times and retried w/ same results. He sent me here. Have allready lost over half a day. Please help.

It sounds like your registration files have become corrupted. Here is an article with instructions for removing them: KB Article 14245
Once removed, launch ACT! and attempt to register.
