When you use a ACT! template to write a letter there is no option to save the document as a docx file, noticed this first in ACT! 2010 with Office 2007. Then tried it on our ACT! 2013 with Office 2007 then ACT! 2012 Office 2010, none of them give you the option to save as docx.
If I remove the addons I can then use templates and merge details from ACT! and save as a docx but you lose the attaching to history etc.
Does ACT! not support docx?
