I've installed :
- ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 184.108.40.2067
- Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Windows 2008R2 RDS use (10 users)
All is perfect but history don't works.
When I attach an email to ACT, no history is created.
I've for each user a directory ACT :
Users\%users%\AppData\Roaming\ACT\ACT For Windows 11 an historyqueue folder with msg and xml files.
But never i've try to start the ACT attach email progress windows ??
I've try command line but unsuccesfully
# "act.outlook.service.exe" -showqueue
no windows appears !!!
Have you advice to solve it ?
How is the procedure to modifty QPATH for every users in TS environment ?
