it's been over 8 years since i've used ACT (been using Daylite on a Mac).... and i'm just shaking off a bit of rust, so bare with me...
As i go through my 3k+ contacts.... as i call them, i wanna schedule a follow up call for each.....
i'm alittle confused about the Duration, Use Banner, ring/Alarm....
what i want.... is for me to schedule the call.... & then have an alarm or banner pop up when it's time to call that company.....
How can i do this...? As i've tried it, the alarm/banner thing pops up wayyyyyy before my scheduled time.... or it doesn't come up at all....
Please help this new kid on the block get his mojo back!
