unable to access act after recent update . Running windows vista home. I get error act.outlook.service could not load file or assembly act.shared.utilities ver10.2.191.0 culture= nutral, publickey token= ebf6b2ff4doao8aa.
when I logon to outlook I see this error the addin c:\windows\system\act9ext.dll could not be installed. ( detect and repair did not help) any ideas? I am dead in the water

I believe you have the same problem as this thread:
It affects updating to 10.0.2 and 10.0.3 after Microsoft automatic updates has added .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 to your machine.

TKS for the info.
i worked with sage customer support who had me download and install a fresh copy of 10.3 after they removed what looked like two old versions. In my case not change was made to .NET Framework. Since I am running Vista it may have not been nessasary.
They had a hard time removing all the reminints of the older 10.0 versions
