Please provide some additional information so the Community can better assist you: - What version of ACT! are you using? - What are you referring to when you say "in 'insurance' in contacts under 'contract' "? Is this a custom field called "insurance" under a custom tab called "contract"? - What is the specific error message and when exactly does it occur? - If you are using a database shared with other users, do they receive the same error as well?
