Which version of Act! do you currently have installed? Have you tested this with any other database (demo)?
When you move to the new screen, if you click the F5 key (Refresh) will that correct the data displayed?
What is the environment on which Act! is running:
- Computer OS?
- Amount of memory?
- Shared or local database? If shared, does anyone else experience this?

i've tried the F5 but nothing happens. from the task list if i click on the name of a contact i will get the activity for that contact. if i do a lookup and then use the arrow to go to the next contact the activity will stay the same as the original contact displayed.
