Recently all of my tasks changed to say show scheduled with multiple.
How can I change change these to only show the customers name?
Somehow my record shows up on each task which seems to be the issue.
I am the only user of the system.
Any ideas how I can bulk modify these?

There isn't a function within the program that will allow you to change the activities in bulk. They would have to be updated individually.
To help determine what caused them to change, can you provide some additional information:
- Which version of ACT! are you running?
- If you create a new activity, does it show just the contact name?
- Are you synchronizing your database with any other program? (Ex: Outlook or a phone)

The only sync I did was with the outlook 2003 calender.
I do not sync with a phone.
If I create a new schedule it will just show the name I want to show.
If I click on the scheduled with where multiple shows up you see the customer enty and my entry in the contact list.
My problem is that I have schedules made a year out and it makes it difficult to review my schedule on a daily basis when it shows up multiple instrad of the contact name.
